An Apple A Day Keeps the Doctor away

There is a Western proverb: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Apples are of high nutritional value and contain many vitamins. Apple also contains pectin and 15% carbohydrates. Vitamins such as A, C, E and K and antioxidants content are also very rich. Apple helps remove the body's metabolism "junk" and reduce the blood neutral fat content, while the neutral fat is the culprit causing the hardening of the arteries, so it has the particular importance to the prevention of heart and brain vascular disease.
