Healthy Life Styles





There are many research results have confirmed that people’s daily life style has more effect on the body than that of the drugs. So what contributes to a health way of life, it is recognized as the following a few ways:
(1) Keep seven to eight hours sleep every day.
(2) Regular breakfast.
(3) Eat less and more times (everyday can eat 4 ~ 6 times).
(4) Don't smoke.
(5) Don't drink or drink a small amount of low-degree wine.
(6) Control weight (no less than standard weight 10%, no more than standard weight 20%).
(7) Regular exercise (exercise amount according to person’s body circumstance).
In addition, you should take at least a physical examination every year. It is suitable for all ages, especially those body functions are falling.
