Data show that many people do not have eat breakfast habits. Some people claim that they do not have time, or eating breakfast will make you fat. This approach and point both are wrong. Here are some basic common senses you should know.

Points of Eating A Healthy Breakfast
• Breakfast should contain fiber, calcium, protein and fat. Try to limit the number of sugar within 6 grams
• If you do not have time to eat breakfast, you can bring a bottle of milk, a piece of bread to eat on your way to work.
• Eggs are easy to prepare. Eggs contain vitamins A, B2, B6, B12, iron, potassium, calcium and other nutrients that body needs.
• For differentiate, you can eat the fruit you like to increase the number of needed vitamins.
