Three Elements for A Health Dinner




1. Dinner should be eaten early
The best time for dinner is about six o 'clock. It’s better not eat anything after eight, except drinking water. And don't go to bed within 4 hours after supper, so as to let food have plenty of time to digest.
2. Eat vegetarian dinner
Dinner must partial vegetarian, and carbohydrates food should be given priority to, especially some fresh vegetables, let protein and fat.
3. Eat less dinner
In fact, take staple food can make the people feel full abdomen feeling, to some extent, it can play the role of the diet. So when talking about reduce weight, high-energy food should be eaten less.
