Four Wrong Ways of Having Fruits




Fruit is recognized as food help reducing weight, but also can't eat casually. None scientific way to eat fruit also may lead to obesity.
1. What is "a portion of fruit"?
Nutritionists often with "a, two" to describe the fruit, but what "a portion" actually mean? A portion of fruit is equivalent to two small fruit (kiwi fruit), or a medium-sized fruit (apple, orange), or half a large fruit (grapefruit, pitaya) or half a cup of granular fruit (raisins, cut grain of watermelon), or one forth cup of no sugar or salt dried fruit .
2. Eat grapefruit help burn the fat?
It is said that grapefruit contain special composition that help to burn fat. In fact there is no basis. Grapefruit calories are not low in the fruit , a grapefruit is equal to half a bowl of rice, only eat grapefruit could also lead to the uneven nutrition.
3. Drink fresh fruit juice gain weight more easily?
Many busy people like to drink juice instead of eating fruit, but fruit juice contains less fiber and  more calories than fresh fruit. Because in the process of extracting, the sugar will be squeezed out, become easier to absorb.
4. All the fruit is low in fat, thin body is tasted?
The avocado, coconut and durian fruit is actually three enemies of losing weight, compared to every 100 grams apple contain 60 calories, the same amount of avocado contain 180 calories, coconut contains 354 calories, durian even has 459 calories and more.
