There always be a time when you have a bad mood, today we will teach you a kind of happy method by taking food. When you are upset, eating the following foods will bring your happy mood back! Don't believe? These all have scientific basis, why don't you have a try?

1. Deep sea fish: research found that people living in the seaside all over the world are happy. It is not just because the fresh sea, but also the people there often eat fish. Harvard University research points out that the OMEGA 3 fatty acids in sea fish have a resemble effect as the antidepressants. They help block the neural transmission path and increase serotonin.
