The Right Way to Eat Fruit



Although many recipes limit the edible of fruit due to its rich containing of sugar and carbohydrates, but generally speaking, fresh fruits contain low energy and full of antioxidants, vitamins and dietary fiber. That is to say, we could adopt the right way of eating fruits to avoid growing weight. See how to keep thin with eating fruit.
Drink juice has a higher heat than eat fruit directly. A medium size orange contain 62 calories while a glass of juice contains 108 calories. Juice may be the easiest way to gain vitamins and minerals, but the cost is high heat and lack of fiber. If you don’t want to give up drinking juice every day, then don’t add sugar to squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.
Preserved fruit has high heat. Although they could provide large amount fiber, the heat is rather high. So the amount should be taken great care of.
The good smell from the banana bread always attract us and you may think this is the most healthy food as “this is made of banana”. Don’t ever think a dessert contains fruit will be healthy. They usually contain butter, sugar and refined flour. Never indulge yourself to baked cookies, go for a piece of fresh fruit.
