Black Food Help Build A Strong Body


The pigment in the food plays an important role in nutrition. Nutritionist considers that the rank list of fruits and vegetables should be blue, black, green, red and white. So the deeper color the grain food is, the higher nutrition they are. That is to say, food with deeper color has rather high nutrition.

What is black food?
It means plant or animal food that contain melanin. Whether animals or plants, as they contain melanin, they have a color of black or deep purple, dark brown, etc. Such as black rice, black sesame, black fungus, mushrooms, laver and kelp.
