Drink Water Can Be Funny

We all know the importance of water, more than 97% human body is compose by water, so for the sake of health as well as skin you should drink plenty water everyday. Scientists suggest that people should drink 8 to 12 cups of water everyday, and you’ll feel good after insisting a healthy drinking habit. Water can nourish your skin, make you look young and also help detoxification and loss water. So why don’t you drink more water. And if you feel it is boring to drink water, here are some tips for you to carry on the habit much easier.

Fruit: you can cut the fruit into pieces, then put them to the water. You can try different fruit, or a mix of several kinds. Such as lemon, bananas, strawberries, cucumber and oranges, etc…In one word, any kind of fruit you like can be put in.

Mint: try to add several pieces of mint leaves into water, and the taste of water will be more pure and fresh, you won't feel bored again.

Ice: you can squeeze the fruit you like into juice, then make them into ice. Put one into your water, the water will tasted some kind of subtle fruit flavors.
